Brent offers professional techniques focusing on each guest’s individual needs. He co-founded Best Healthcare and Wellness in 2021 along with Dr. Russ. He achieved a BSN from The University of West Georgia and a FNP degree from Kennesaw State University and brings with him over ten years of nursing experience in nurse management and critical care. . Dr. Russell Franklin, DNP, FNP-C, APRN, CNL

Provider / Founder

Dr. Russell co-founded Best Healthcare and Wellness in 2021 with Brent Wheeler, NP, in order to help bring an emerging concept to life. His medical background includes three years of neurological care, seven years of critical care, and two years plus of primary care. These skills, along with obtaining a Doctor of Nursing Practice, Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2019, will help ensure that your medical needs are met promptly. If you need a one-time medical visit or long-term medical care, he is here to help you obtain the best you.

Dr. Randy Durbin, DO, MPSH

Medical Director

Dr. Durbin offers professional oversight for Best Healthcare and Wellness, focusing on each guest’s individual needs. We’re thrilled to have the talents of Dr. Durbin to enhance our practice and to keep our clients coming back. He has over 24 years of medical and healthcare experience with focus on medical esthetics, substance use disorders, occupational/preventative medicine, public health, physical medicine, osteopathic manipulation, and outpatient/urgent care management. He is also a medical epidemiologist and a consultant with the CDC for over 20 years
